IOV INDONESIA mencari kadidat untuk mewakili Indonesia dalam Yeosu international youth culture festival July 23 - 28, 2013 Yeosu city , Jeonranam-do , Korea This is the OFFICIAL INVITATION to the youth members in the world to participate in the “ 13th Yeosu international youth culture festival”, which will be held in Yeosu city, Jeonranam-do, Korea. Participants should plan to arrive at the Incheon International Airport on July 22 and depart on July 29, 2013. In accordance with the Statutes of IOV and the mandate of UNESCO, this youth culture festival will provide world youth peoples and their colleagues a venue to join together to discuss common interests, goals and plans aimed at identifying . All of youth delegates will have the opportunity to take part in festival activities and see performances by performing art and dance & music ensembles from many nations. Yeosu city, a small city situated end of southern Korea and near the beautiful beach of Namhae is known for its extraordinary hospitality and appreciation of art and culture. You will be the guest of the city and its residents for the duration of this festival. Participation in this congress will be limited to 15 – 23 years old.. As a delegate to the festival, you will be responsible for the following: • Obtaining a valid passport issued by your country at least 6 months prior to your departure from your country • International insurance • Over weight access In addition, delegates are asked to bring their national costume to wear during the opening and closing ceremony, and at receptions with officials of the City of Yeosu. The Yeosu international youth culture festival organization(YIYCF), as your host for this event, is pleased to offer youth delegates the following: • Transportation from, and return to, the Incheon International Airport • Transportation to and from the Incheon International Airport (IIA) at your country • Accommodations and 3 meals • Local transportation • An opportunity to free tour Yeosu & near the Yeosu city , • The opportunity to take part in other festival acitivites.
